Coriander Seeds

Coriander cultivation was developed at the request of certain customers who wanted to secure their supplies in an uncertain geopolitical context, Russia being one of the main producing countries. It is generally harvested in July, and its Essential Oil is obtained after distillation of the flattened, crushed seed. Coriander Seed Essential Oil is used in aromatherapy for its digestive tonic properties, as well as in the food industry to flavor dishes. In fine perfumery, it is used to create a dominant note in floral or oriental fragrances.
