Bitter Fennel

Bitter Fennel has long been considered a panacea. In mythology, the plant was said to brighten eyesight, a belief that continued well into antiquity. Its Essential Oil is used in aromatherapy for its antispasmodic virtues, to promote breathing and reduce anxiety. The Essential Oil sold by SCA3P is used for food purposes, since it is produced from selected seeds supplied by our exclusive partner Pernod Ricard France. The anethole contained in the Essential Oil will be extracted and used in the composition of the famous aniseed drink made with fresh plants.
